When I was young, I drew a lot--I was even an art major for awhile, but I
really got out of it for a long time. After looking at your
'toons--especially your sketches and so forth, I became really interested
(again) in doing some cartooning, so I went out and bought a drawing book
and dragged out the pencils and so forth and have started drawing again for
the first time in a long time. I don't have any really great dober
drawings yet although I have a great sketch of Dennis, but I am having fun
messing around with technique and learning more and stretching my mind.
And a lot of that is thanks to you for showing me that it's never too late
to get back to things that you love!
