Sad to hear of his passing. He was a great contributor to the Qbasic world. He was knowledgeable helpful here and has some articles by him on the site.

I remember when I was in highschool and QBasic.com dropped into my lap. Mac was there to lend his opinion. Heck, he even posted on the first set of forums I installed, now the archives. I'll miss him.

Mac was a peacemaker in the Qmunity, and did everything he could to keep the conversation cordial and on topic.
