Hola Pablo,
I tried to answer your query and I reviewed my books but I am sorry, I could not find any color picture that may help you.
I have got only black and white pictures and it is difficult to guess colors.
Nevertheless here is the best picture I found.
It is dated August 1969, 101 escuadron that is known to have operated from Manises from November 1967 onward and 101 Esc. is known to wear blue nose band (banda de nariz azul).
So if you look the spanish roundel (the yellow part) and compare "grey shade" to the pilot, it is reasonable to think that the pilot is wearing a "yellow/orange" flight suit.
Furthermore orange flight suit is a safety color used to help to find pilot in the a sea after ejection.
It is not 100% certified but your assumption may be good on for this picture.
Hope that someone else in this forum will confirms or will correct me (I am gradually getting interested in Spanish Air Force, Mi papa es español !!)
