If you are watching TVE Internacional than you can watch
Ma Emilia around 17:oo. Sometimes they say that it is going to start at 17:oo but it starts at 17:35. You cannot really put your faith in TVE.
If you do not wish to miss it than the best thing would be to tape TVE between 16:00 and 20:00.
