H guys,

started another panther (for a change wink.gif ) and wanted to incorporate an interesting feature seen on what I think is the Overloon panther G.

The turret side armour was cut on an angle, the cut running for want of a better term parallel to the turret rear armour. On most panthers this cut seems to have been done at a 90 degree angle to the face of the armour on the turret sides. This is highlighted here in these shots from www.panther1944.de :

I think this should be easy enough to do on a model, im curious as to any wartime shots of this feature.

Was it a common feature, or a one (or two) off?

Cheers
