There is very little chance of an all steel wheel (ASW) Panther coming out with Zimmerit, based on the build dates.
There is a chance you could have a zimmeritted turret on a 'clean' ASW hull, but that would probably be the limit. This combo would still have the MAN cloud pattern painted over the zimmerit.
You could go with 'what if' and paint your ASW zimmeritted early Panther G like a hyper colour t-shirt, but I doubt that would advance the hobby at all.....
