Not exactly - I complained to the moderator of one of the Pinnacle forums about the fact that US DC10 customers participating in the forum were being sent Studio 7SE discs for free. He replied that being a product manager in the US didn't allow him to send the discs to European customers, but that he would forward our exchange of messages to a colleague in Germany. He in turn sent me a message acknowledging my comments (or complaint, however you want to read it) and sent me the full version. Which in terms of the difference with what I forked out and the upgrade price is about the same deal I guess.
Anyway I'm still none the wiser as to which (if any) extra files allow the upgrade. Knowing Pinnacle the upgrade probably includes changes to the registry that are difficult to trace.
