Response to DC30+ to run under XP pro

 

Pinnacle is putting on their Web page that. they ar not supporting Win Xp drivers for DC30 or DC30pro, because the board is to old, and the chips are not compatible with the new programs, all you can do is pest them or get rid of your board and buy a firewire
video capture, and it doesn't have to be Miro, some cheap ones do the job just as well, or better.
Pinnacle is basically doing the same as Microsoft, if you don't have a new system, you are fry. Sorry to say that but is the same problem that I have and took the second choice. third choise is set up your computer for dual bootting, XP can handle that, and use XP for regular use and win98 for editing.
