Yo también "me clavé" con la DC10 y no quiero comprar un transcoder (sale 100 verdes!!!).
Encontré esto:

in the file "Up to 1.06.ZIP" you will find another dll
only copy Misicl.dll to "c:\windows\system\"
Dont bother with rest (forcing DC10 to act like DC30)
and you should have the possibility to select PAL on output and colors in PAL-capture.
