Got to South Camp Fuji in early 1957 - assigned Weapons Co, 3rd Bn 9th Marines - lugged that 75lb tripod for the watercooled .30 around Japan, then Okinawa (Camp Sukiran) THEN they did away with Weapons Co. Great memories... Semper Fi!
