Anyone out there who was stationed at South Camp Fuji during the early months of 55. I was in Machine Gun Plt of B Co., 1st Bn, 3rd Mars and was transfered to Okinawa in May of that year to H&S Co 3rd Engineers.
I was stationed at Atsugi, Japan from March of 60 to April of 61 and spent time in Formosa with the Chinese Marines In early 60 and again in December.
Duting the earlyn months of 62, I returned to Japan and was stationed in Iwakuni and returned back to the States in July of 63
I returned to North Camp in Dec 68 and rotated back to the states in Oct 69. I was Maintenance Chief of Range Co, TAD from Camp Butler, Okinawa.
A good time was had by all........
