This is a watch thats been in my minds eye now for almost a year and a half. You know how an idea starts, and then festers until you put thought to matter.

Yaps, thats the 5 seal crown designed in Geneva, its adds a bulletproof charactor to the watch, dont you think? I`m already putting it through the paces, wore it in the shower this morning!! I actually put the SeaDweller up for a while,:^)

Well, as I said, I`ve known what this watch would look like for some time now. Imagine my surprise when I came accross this photo the other day.............

Ya, I was pretty blown away. That Rolly above is one of only two prototypes made, and you`ll have to be a gazillionair to own it (its at auction soon).

I actually did`nt think about the resembalance until after staring at for quite a while, it occured to me that I had been working on something simular, ha, ha.

Well, I`ve already told Susan this one is mine. I have`nt had a new watch for a while, and I figure its a good enough reason to keep it. Besides, I`ve got some things I want to do to the moter.

Right now it has a 6309 scavanged from a beat to hell diver, the diver looked like crap, the movement looked pristine (is keeping awesome time!!), so I said, lets use it as is. So while its motivating along by a 09, I`m gonna build a special 6105 for it, something really special.

Again, the idea is that if I keep it, it better hold my attention.

Cheers,

Randall
