Thinking of Podiatry - opinions please!

Hi,

I'm thinking of applying to the chiropody program at michener for next year. I just wanted some information on what the profession is like around the Toronto area, however after reading some of the posts it really doesn't sound too appealing anymore. I can already tell that one major problem is the no OHIP coverage but are there any positive points? I'd like to hear both sides. I'll also be graduating with a BSc next April, but I think that most of you also have your BSc's. Also, what is the average salary of a chiropodist?
