Chiropody surgery: how much do you do?

Aside from toenail & wart surgery, what other types of foot surgeries are chiropodists doing in their practices?

That is, do any chiropodists perform the following procedures:
plantar fasciotomies
morton's neurectomies
tendon transfers
tarsal tunnel releases
fibroma/ganglion excisions
I&Ds

If so, is hands-on practical training for such provided at the Michener or through any type of post-graduate residency program?
