A Critique Without Substanceby Anonymous (no login)
It is a well known ploy to attack the form of an argument if you do not have a legitimate and worthy refute to the content of that argument. After reading the critique, this reader is no further along in understanding why it is that graduates of the Ontario Chiropody Program have never had to take an independent licensing examination before being able to practice in Ontario.
