Think about it... where in Ontario will the DPM students get a 3 year surgical residency doing foot surgery??????? The orthopods won't let them get it, their own surgical residents need the surgical experience. Most of Ont's DPMs do some soft tissue surgery but only a few do bone surgery. And those that do bone surgery, don't do more than 3 procedures/week.
