postgraduate studies and future job??

Hi,
actually I'm intrested in completing my postgraduate studies in Podiatry in any university around Canada. However, I have got my bachelor degree of (4 years) from an australian university. So are australian certificates acceptable in Canada? and is their any chance to find a job in Canada in this field? specially in my case as podiatry degrees are only 4 years in Australia while as I heared they are more in Canda because students should study Medicine first then specify in podiatry?
