I had a feeling that some of these exercises might be difficult to get right, because I know if you don't do them exactly right you won't benefit. However I'm just getting started and I've found the program is pretty simple to do, much easier than I thought. The instructions are all pretty specific, so I guess that leaves me with no excuse for not getting it all done right and committing to it properly. I'm a very busy person and I thought committing to this might be a problem, but having got started I feel really encouraged that this is for me. Just hoping now for great results. If I'm honest I could do with them! |
