  • depression & massive ageing

I aged hugely from 32-35 because of immense grief & depression.
Don't facial excercises fly in the face of the principle behind Botox and how it brings about results? Botox stops the muscles flexing so that there are no lines so If you increase muscle use in the face by excercising it doesnt that defeat the purpose?
I finally went on the anti-depressant Efexor-xr (in Aust) and gradually
got my looks back, take heart that when the depression goes your looks do revive! I recently had some botox, lots of prayers and my eye bags removed though I think the prayers and botox did more. Im really pleased with the results.
However If this facial excerciser does work I would like to try it. Can anyone tell me if it really does?
