      Interesting question. I'm no expert believe me, but I think the answer to your question is that the poison in botox paralyses the muscle to stop it relaxing and sagging, whereas the Facial Magic exercise tones the muscle, so that although it still relaxes it doesn't sag in the same way. Does this explanation make sense? As I said I'm no expert, but thinking about it just now this seems likely to me.
