Facial exercise...September 2 2008 at 7:31 AM | Andrea |
| Even my doctor told me once that facial exercise can be helpful in toning the face, so I totally beieve in the concept. I just never did anything about it because I never thought any difference would be that significant. I'm thinking about it again now though. |

Not much to lose I guess and a lot to gain, just depends on whether you are willing to keep it up day after day, otherwise I think all forms of exercise are of very limited use. |

To be fair Facial Magic apparently only takes a few minutes a day, so there's no big comittment of time required to keep it up. You just have to fit it into your daily routine, that's the key. |

Facial exercise is definitely positive for you. The principle of this idea is definitely sound. |

It's interesting that your doctor told you that, because my doctor told me that doing facial exercises was a waste of time & for "crazy people". according to him theres no benefit that comes from exercising facial muscles. |

It seems obvious to me that the muscles in the face could be toned. I can't understand why anyone could not see that. Muscles are muscles after all. |
