Actually I had a face lift which wasn't bad at all, as I was pretty satisfied, except for the neck. Then the surgeon tried to redo my neck a bit and but still it does not look like much of an improvement. Even after the redo there is no charge. Apart from the neck a reasonable result, but I don't know what to do now about the neckas even after two procedures it seems reistant to any improvement.

Well I wouldn't pursue any further surgery, if two surgeries hasn't improved things very much.

Surgery does not guarantee a perfect result. I think it's better when people don't expect too much, as then they see the surgery as a clear improvement. It's the high expectations which can lead to disappointment.
