Just moving the Welcome Rosi thread back to the left of the screen a bit. Try to hang on the the reins.

"Who's that??" Rosi asks, even if she had guessed the answer.

"That's Strife." Brynhild explains. "A minor god. Hah, you should meet one of the bigger gods, Ares or Apollo!"

Rosalinde frowns, watching Hercules step forward, clutching his chest. After seeing the pain he was in, she didn't really feel like meeting some even more powerful and hostile gods.

"Get a life Strife." He growls, rage creeping into his voice. "Dissapear and leave us alone!"

"No, this is too much fun!" The god squeals as he forms another ball of energy in his hand.

Bryn sighs and throws a mild energy ball at Strife, momentarily stunning him and dissipating his energy ball harmlessly. "Girls? Care to take care of this?" she says. Bryn smiles at Strife's flash of fear, as Celest and Selene stalk towards the pale god, continuing their "He's mine!" "No, he's mine!" argument and a tug-of-war starts involving much pulling of a helpless Strife's arms.

Bryn winked at Rosi. "Everybody has a weakness, even Gods, although the higher up you go, the harder it is to get the best of them." Her glance swept over everyone who wasn't involved in the claiming of Strife. Hercules was still wincing a bit, but everyone knew he'd had much worse injuries and would bounce back quick enough. "So, are we going to play Kickball or just sit around gossiping?"

Just then a tall, dark, powerful and mysterious man materialized in the middle of the group. Bryn whispered to Rosi, "And here's my weakness. Best to stay out of his way, he's kinda trigger-happy."

Hercules straighted and took a step towards Ares. "What do you want now?"

OOC: There ya go, Rosi. Meet two gods in one day! Anybody wanna decide what Ares wants today? Angst away!

"Only the normal," Ares answered.

"Hey, Unk!" Casche shouted, joining the scene.

Ares rolled his eyes. "What?"

She shrugged. "Just wanted to say hi. Jeez, it that a crime now, or something?"

While Ares was distracted, Hercules prepared to attack Ares.


Casche

With a powerful kick, Hercules sends Ares crashing to the ground with a thud. The girls cheer, but the god soon jumps to his feet and blasts Hercules, flinging him through the air.

"Oh, you know what I want little brother." He snarls, his eyes narrowing. "I want you to suffer. But since I can't kill you...."

He strides forward towards the girls, and he chuckles darkly.

"...I might just have to take my anger out on your friends."
"No! What kind of monster are you anyway??!" Rosi hisses out the words through clenched teeth.
Ares turns, his rage mingling with amusement as he sees this new girl. Then he draws closer to her, and Rosi cringes slightly, noticing how he towers abow her.

"Folish girl, a comment like that can cost you your life."

He glares at her, staring into her bluish grey eyes, and he shivers involuntarily .

"What the..." He breathes, suddenly wondering why he's freezing.
Rosi swallows but stands her ground, her gaze hard and cold.



OOC: Oooh I loves Ares. I got a thing for big powerful men, that or almost dead ones! Oh and of course, our heroes! sigh

OOC: Yeah I wrote a post way down there about what happened with Strife, but tell ya what- just forget it. L I need to read things at the top first. Blonde in my coming out.

Celest runs over to Rosi and pushes her down, breaking her stare. Ares looks down at himself as he moves his legs which had been frozen only moments before.

"You're going to pay for that. You're all going to pay," Ares threatens as he disappears into a glow of red light. His cackle can be heard long after he's gone.

Rosi turns towards Celest, her eyes flashing, and asks," Why did you do that? I had him. We could have easily taken him down"

"I can't let you. Family is more important. I forgot to mention that my dad is Ares, didn't I? I always seem to forget things like that. I probably also didn't say my mom was Aphrodite. Just like me to forget those things. I can't let you attack him," Celest tried to explain as Rosi just stared at her.

Mimma looked up above the spot where Ares had disappeared and asked everyone else in the group ,"What do you think is going to happen now?"

"I don't know, but I have a feeling we're about to find out," Herc said as the sky suddenly began to get darker.

(I'm beginning to remember. You're name is Stan. Re-mem-ber. *LOL*)

Celest

Selene stood amongst everyone else, frowning about the whole ordeal. "Well, THAT was uncomfortable."

Celest nodded in agreement as everyone stood around.

"Kickball, anyone?" Bryn pipped up. Everyone suddenly forgot about what had just happened and attempted to play an organized game of kickball.

Just as things were getting interesting, Selene wandered away without anyone else noticing. "Oh, Strife!" She called, once she was out of ear shot, then smiled when he appeared in front of her.

"What's up?" He asked. "How ya doing?"

"Great. But what was with you trying to like, kill us all back there?" Selene asked, playing with her bright pink hair (too bad I bleached it out in real life I miss it!).

"Ah, you know it's my job. Anyway, I hafta go, later!"

Selene stood there, pouting.

Bryn cast a grateful glance at Celest, who smiled back. She doubted that Rosi's freezing power could have killed Ares, but it was best not to take chances. If it had been deadly and Celest hadn't acted as swiftly as she had... Bryn shivered at the grim thought, and resolved to talk to Rosi later about what had happened, preferably when she was protected against the new girl's powers.

She tried to ignore the darkening skies and play kickball with the other cadets, but the thunder was distracting her too much to play well. Noticing Selene sneak away to talk to Strife, Bryn decided to pop on over to Ares' temple and try to reason with him, before major damage was done to the Academy.

With that thought on her mind, she vanished.

Rosi is confused, she had thought Ares was the enemy, at least he seemed like one when he tossed Hercules through the air. But then Celest had jumped her, and the girls seemed almost angry at her for fighting him.

"Well, I didn't really fight him." She thinks to herself and sighs. "I only made him cold for a second, and I have no idea how I did that. It sometimes happens when I get angry, just like that time I almost kil..."

She aquirms as the memories flows into her head, and she scolds herself mentally.

"I said I would prove them all wrong, show them that I'm not evil. And look what I do, I haven't even been here long before I get myself into trouble by using my so called "powers" against someone else!"


OOC: Ook, wrote this post fast! I'm already late, need to run now! Gah...I'm no morning person.

Selene sighed to herself in self pity. 'What's it going to take to get him to notice me . . .' She thought to herself. 'Why am I even thinking this way?' she thought again, after realizing the amount of stress Strife and Ares had put the academy through.

Not really noticing or caring about the sudden change in the weather, she sat under a large tree to think. 'What's with that stupid Strife anyway? Oh, I'm so mad!'

Suddenly there was a huge burst of lightening followed by loud, rolling thunder and accompanied by a downpour.

'Oh, crap.'

Selene

aimee sat watching the whole battle.. the whole thing was quite amusing to her. she felt almost guilty getting pleasure from the pain of others. oh wel, it was all entertainment!

she was umming and ahhing whether or not to make anything else happen, but figured she couldn't do that to her friends.

she's just have to wait and see... but her curiosity about rosi past is growing...

(i think i figured out my power, i'm a mortal who like to do stuff...like you know taken? allie makews stuff happen? thats kinda like what i do... plus i can read people... soemtimes.-i also have a power of not making things i say make sense)

Eventually, the weather got so bad, the cadets had to abandon their game. They all went inside to talk, well more like gossip. Everybody was talking, but Rosi was left out. Herc, seeing this, invited Rosi tp join them and they all had a blast talking, until another god showed up...

Casche

Selene sat under the huge tree watching the rain pour down. She eventually decided to make a run for the academy, but could barely see where she was in the downpour. She decided on a direction and started running thataway, unaware of where she was actually going. "I just hope this leads me where I want to go . . ." she thought.

Eventually she found the academy, and walked in soaking wet and freezing cold, panting.

"What the . . ." She whispered as she watched a goddess watching the cadets, obviously planning something.

In an attempt to not make any noise, Selene made a huge crash as she shuffled around the floor, slipping and falling into various cadets' training gear.

The Goddess turned around and faced Selene suddenly with a hiss.

"Discord!?"

"Hey, did any of you guys hear that?" Rosi asked around. She could have sworn she heard someone or something outside of the window, watching.

Iolaus turned to Celest and they both shrugged their shoulders. They hadn't heard anything.

"Maybe you're just hearing things. This is an old academy so there are probably some ghosts around here,"Hercules added in with a sly smile.

Rosi looked back over with a fake sarcastic smile. "I think I might want to move a little bit over to the wall. I don't trust this window"

Celest

Selene jumped up from the ground and tried to back off. "What are you doing here?"

"Just about to have some fun." she replied, snickering. "and you got in my way."

Selene sighed. "Just go away, ok Discord?"

"Nope, can't do that."

Selene used the old LOOK BEHIND YOU! trick, and as Discord glanced over her shoulder she made a break for it, running to the other cadets . . .

Selene

A wail fills the air, then two dragons rises towards the sky, their eyes dark with rage and confusion.
Ares chuckles evilly, a smile creeping over his lips.

"Well well well, Ty, my dear daughter. I always said having pet dragons would be dangerous. And now look, they're off to destroy you, Hercules, and the rest of the annoying cadets."

Then, in a flash of light the god of war is gone, still his laughter lingers on as thunder shakes the sky with a terrible force.

Ty shivered and looked around, unable to spot her 'babies'. She relaxed, though, when she saw them flying over. "Where were you two?" she asked the female, Ivory...but then she noticed something wrong.

Instead of greenish-blue, Ivory's eyes were blood red, and the she-dragon looked angry enough to kill. Ty sensed a strong evil magic in the area, radiating from the dragons, but before she could do anything, she was attacked by them.

A spine chilling scream rips through the air, and the cadets stiffens in fear.

"Wha...what was that??" Celest asks, her eyes full of concern.

Rosi shakes her head in confusion and bites her lip.

"I don't know. But...it can't be good."

She whirls around and hurries after Hercules and Jason who are already half way out the door.
The scene that meets them outside is horrid. Two dragons hovers abow a limp figure on the ground, shrieking in furry.

"No..no! Oh gods, Ty.." Mimma gasps, her face pale. "we need to get her away from those beast before they kill her!"

Rosi nods. A cold hand seems to clutch around her heart as she hopes it won't be too late.

Rohan, the red male dragon, turned to look at all the people. He growled and took off with Ivory in tow. They'd be back, though.

Ty was curled up in a fetal position, covered in scratches and cuts. She had lost consciousness and was losing a lot of blood.

Not too far away from the scene, Ares was watching, happy because he was finally going to get rid of them all. On either side of him were the dragons. "Soon all you pathetic mortals will die.." he laughed.

As Ty lay upon hte bed bleeding from her scratches a familar dark figure walkedu p and sat beside her unconsious body. "well well," muttered a rough voice yet soothing at hte same time," Can't i leave here without you getting in trouble?" Hunter smiled as he opened a pouch and produced a vile of tonic making Ty drink it down. Within an instant all her wounds were healed and she was safely on the road ot recovery. Hunter got up his work down and pulled his cloak aobut him walking away from her bedside.

About an hour later, Ty came to, expecting to be in pain. To her surprise, there wasn't any sign of the attack on her. "What the..." she was very much confused.

OOC: Yeah I couldn't think of a good post heading. LOL Sadly, that is the best I could come up with.

"Well, how are you doing Ty?" asked Celest as she plopped down on the chair near her. For being a goddess, she sure seemed to always want to sit somewhere. Maybe it was just because the shoes hurt her, but she couldn't be too sure about that.

Ty looked around at where she was at. "Maybe you can help me. How did I get here?"

"Oh that's easy. Rosi brought you in here. She said something about dragons and Ares but I couldn't follow most of it. She'll probably be along any moment now to see how you're doing"

Just as Celest said that, Rosi stepped in to the room with...

Celest

.....Hercules. purr
Their faces brightens as they see Ty up and running, though Hercules is still rather pale and he frowns in obvious concern for his friend.

"Good to see you well, Ty." He says quietly. Then he turns to face the others, his expression dark. "Ares almost succeeded killing Ty today, and doing so he also put all of you in danger, I'm sorry."

"Huh?" Rosi wrinkles an eyebrow in confusion."Herc, you can't blame yourself for what happened today. You and Ty are Ares targets, so you're the ones in danger. Stop worrying about us!"

"But he doesn't care if anyone gets caught in the crossfire. He doesn't care if you get hurt..." Hercules shuts his eyes tightly and balls his hands into fists. "Next time he attacks, someone might get killed."

As the lasts words escape his lips, a horrid shriek can be heard from outside the Academy and the walls around them starts to tremble.

Ty heard the earth-crumbling shrieking of the dragons. "Don't hurt them," she said quickly. "What? Why not?" Celest asked, trying to keep herself standing cuz the ground shook almost as bad as the walls. "They're my friends. They were put under some kind of spell. I need a chance to figure out how to break it.."

Jasmine ran up behind Ty and Celest and slipped a silver ring onto Ty's finger. "This ring will let you control any animal, even your dragons."

Ty studied the ring closely, "but how does it work. Do I have to say some magic words or do a dance or something?"

"I'd do the dance," Celest subjected as she took Ty's hand in her and turned the ring around her finger. "How does it turn on?"

Jasmine held Ty's hand in the air, "There, now all you have to do is command them to do something and they'll do it."

"Perfect!" Ty squealed as she started to run towards her dragons-gone-wild.

"Hold up girlfriend," Jasmine said as she pulled Ty back to her. "Be every careful with the power of that ring." Just then a soft voice speaking a strange language drafted around the academy on a cold breeze. "Ok, that was very freaky."

"Yeah," Ty and Celest agreed at the same time.

"Dragons, come to me!" Ty yelled as she ran off to save her friends.

Ares stood in the perfect position to watch the mayhem he caused insue. A wicked smile creased his lips as he thought of finally destroying those two wretches that are constatn thorns in his side. Just then his wicked glee was disrupted by a voice from behind him.
"Don't you think you've done enought damage?" Hunter said staring athte back of Ares head.
"You again?," Ares said as he turned ot face Hunter," I thought you would have been killed in that little war i caused in your homeland."
"Awwww I knew you had something to do with that, but as you can see i'm alive and kicking, and i'm about to kick your godly butt!" Hunter exclaimed as he drew his twin blades and stanced ready to fight.
