I was going to work on some images yesterday, but I spent all my time working on final exams and just barely got the scrolls on Feducious' desk on time. And then Kora needed me to bus a few tables for her first thing in the morning, and sigh So yeah. No updates at the moment. But I should have the time and resources to work on some pics tomorrow and Saturday. Meanwhile... eyes cadets I know there's some parchments out there that you still need to turn in...

(preview for movie "Escape from Atlatis")... There's something really wrong when the narrator's voice says "to fight a daring battle against the forces of evil" and the movie clips being displayed show some kids swinging a wasp's nest at 'bad guys'... Maybe I've been too saturated with Hercules And Buffy, but I would think a fight against the powers of evil would involve swords and spells and supernatural strength against demons or hordes of barbarians or evil gods... sigh Oh, for the good old days...

~wants to cry~ So I finally get to school to work on images, and of course the media center door is locked. And there's this weird schedual kinda thing on the door which has some blocks of time colored in yellow and some colored in blue, but there's no legend or anything anywhere that explains what the yellow and blue mean, whether it's open/close or whether is means who's on duty or what. And of the two (count 'em, TWO) people I've tracked down working in this three-floor library, neither of them have any idea of what the hours are of the media center, or who to call to find out. This is frigging finals week, people. (A) it shouldn't be closed, and (b) if it is closed at the moment, there should be a decent easy-to-understand clearly labled paper on the door with hours of operation. ~grumbles~

On the weird not-clearly-marked thing, one block of blue starts at 9am. So we're going to grind our teeth and wait as patiently as possible with tightly balled fists, and pray that blue = open. Because if it doesn't, heads are going to roll.

IS INFURIATING! There needs to be some organization in there! How inconveinant to the students who acutually need to do that!

It didn't open at 9 ;p Mesa was quite miffed.

So there's this other computer lab in the art building that one of the library employees said had adobe photoshop on it (what I use to manip pics), and so I came over and it had a clearer scedual on it's door, except there was a big gray box for later this afternoon which I didn't know what it meant. So I try the doornob and YAY! it opens ^_^ So I sneak in, and sit in the corner with the lights off (but there's several windows so it's not dark, just slightly dim). Work for an hour before a campus officer on his rounds finds me, but he turned out to be nice and let me stay ^_^ in about an hour I'll go home and upload the new piccies. I don't think I'll have them all finished, but I'll have most of them and I can only manip for son long before my eyes begin to fizz out.

Sneaking into empty computer labs rocks! ^_^
