Amendment to the Hoolie rles:

There is NO LONGER a day designated for Hoolies. (We're not doing the tuesday of the month thing anymore).

Instead, hoolies are now at random, they happen whenever someone starts them (so long as they are not too often) BUT the person who is going to start it MUST ask permission of the chancellors first and get it approved, and THEN they may start the hoolie. (This is to keep them from happening too often)

Thanks for your attention, cadets! I now return you to your regularly scheduled Hoolie.
