Is it OK?

I find that sometimes my Principio winds down. I don't wear it every day, and I try to keep it going by wearing it to bed. Inevitably, it sometimes stops. I just re-set it and put it on and it goes again, but I'm wondering if this stopping/starting is harmful to the watch.

My guess is no, but I'd like your opinion as well. Thanks.
