Response to Case Scratches
 

There are some polishing products which contain a very fine abrasive, that will remove the scratches - but if not perfectly done - the watch will look worse than before. If the scratches are very bad - I would suggest having a jeweler polish the case. Scratches are part of watch ownership, and are hard to avoid.
