Response to Reasonably Priced/Good Watch Winders

In response to your inquiry regarding watch winders I suggest that you only by a programmable watch winder. Orbita is one brand that makes a programmable winder that is user adjustable for both TPD ( turns per day) and directionality. Windmill watch winders overwind the hell out of most watches, you do not want excessive tension on the mainspring.

If you wear one automatic daily, you can effectively wind two watches by alternating between the two. I purchased a Orbita "Geneva" in cherry wood which is equisitely finished from the manufacturer for $300 which normally sells for $ 750!
