Would anyone have or know of any further information on my long dead Grandfather's WW1 military service?

This is all I know.

Cpl. 14388 Scottish Rifles
Sgt. 37795 Highland Light Infantry.
3rd Battallion, The Cameronians, Military Camp, Randalstown, Ireland
