I did a 2 a 3 and a 5 hour trip on the Polaris, for the last trip I was ASKED (!) if Id like to ride in
the cockpit!
The Polaris cockpit has two jump seats and I had the centre one looking between the pilot and co-pilot
we followed 6 hornets down the taxiway prior to our takeoff. I have to say that I have shot a lot of
air shows and a wide variety of aircraft from Cold Lake to Dubai the A380 to Pitts Specials, Spitfires
to Lancasters , Gippens to B-52s but there is nothing that comes even close to shooting aircraft in
their natural environment - in the air. Given the chance again I'd walk throu hot coals to do it again.
