F-84F weapons cart..

I am finishing my Monogram 1/48 F-84F and am ready to tackle the weapons cart that comes in the kit. The problem is I can't find any pictures of the cart on the net.

What I need to know is what color is the cart? The instructions say to paint it red(?). But I have a hunch it should be OD or dark green?

I would really appreciate it if someone could post a pic of what the cart should look like and what color.

Thanks.

Wow, strange timing!

I was just looking through my shots of latest trip to the Air Force Museum and here are shots of a Mark 7 on a dolly. The Mk 7 is what comes in the kit and I think (without digging the kit out of the stash) that the dolly is the same too.

That's the cart I am looking for. WOOHOO!! (Unfortunately I don't have the bomb though.. )

So I guess it is safe to paint the cart OD then. Those pics are what I needed.

Thanks for your help.

P.S.
Would the cart be used to carry the bomb in the Camo boxing of the kit?

Cart Use

That cart is for NUKES (special weapons) and would not be appropriate for a late(or NATO)camo version. Good luck on that kit, it can build up into a nice model, but the sanding and re-scribing needed to bring it up to 'modern' standards is daunting.

Nuke Cart

I seem to recall way way back when the Monogram F-84F was origionally issued that the origional boxing included a "special weapon" for the cart. Is this true or is my memory corrupted?
