Do a search for PJ Productions. They make resin pilot figures in '72, '48 & '32. WWII, Korea, modern of many nationalities.

Why not contact these good people and request a couple of the head and arm sprues, only, paying an agreed price with them. then take any seated body from an old armour kit or something, even 1/35 th scale, add a bit of effort with some Milliput and "Bob's your uncle", job done. Maybe scavenge for them on here, or check ebay.
