Does Model Master offer the appropriate colors for the Norm 72 camo scheme? If so, can someone tell me which colors?

TIA,
Dwayne

Not all of them

July 28 2012, 7:34 PM

They have the 6014 Gelboliv FS24064 and the 7001 Silbergraugrau 26320+silver, but not the 7012 Basaltgrau 36152

Note that the only difference between 36320 and 26320 is the reflectance. 3XXXX are flats, 2XXXX are semi-gloss. You can fix that difference with dullcote or Future.

OK, found it

FS 36152 is also RAF/FAA WW2 Ocean Gray. It's Testors 2057

Had to use David Klaus' IPMS Color Guide as a cross reference.

There you go

Model Master Paint NATO Colors

August 1 2012, 8:48 PM

Jim,
I did not know MM made 6014 Gelboliv (FS24064) until reading your post (thanks for the info). Is this a new color in the MM line up? I went with Mr Color 330 per "paint4models" website.
Anyway, while on Testor's website they listed their stock #2175 (6014 Gelboliv) and also stock numbers 2173 and 2174 as NATO colors. Do you have any information about Testor's numbers 2173 and 2174 and what aircraft scheme would be applicable to those colors?
TIA,
Joel
