This idea is long overdue in hydro racing. The only problem is,.... AS soon as these classes are implemented, thier are guys who go into business "MANIPULATING" these engines so one is better than the other [YES, they can replace the ONE-WAY bolts]. There is only one way to keep everybody honest, ... put a "REASONABLE" "claimer" on the engines.
They "REALLY!" need to do this in "S" and "E" classes, as the costs have gone insane [for a "stock" engine].
