I am a distressed single father of two wonderful boys. We moved to the state of Georgia in October of 2000. Everything was fine until the day after Christmas. I left my children in my mother's care in Illinois for their holiday break. I was unable to attend Christmas due to the weather not permitting.
My youngest son David (age 5 ) was ready to leave with my sister for the week. My sister went to the store briefly before starting her trip to Bloomington. David was having problems and threw a tantrum. My mother told him to wait out on the porch for his aunt who was going to be returning within ten minutes. David ran off and my mother couldn’t locate him. Someone had turned David over to the police and when they arrived everyone in my immediate family was searching the block, but they still arrested my mother and placed my two children into foster care. I fought a court battle until February 15 2001. I signed a plea of guilty for leaving my child with an improper caretaker (my own mother, in witch her charges were later dropped) about a month went past after since my children were returned when the local DFCS office had a few complaints. There was no solid evidence to support their allegations, but since I was under supervision, my children were removed from their Georgia schools by Illinois DCFS and placed into custody. They were separated from each other; the oldest John (age 7) was placed into a mental hospital and heavily drugged, while David was placed more than 100 miles from him. I cannot explain how I felt when I saw John in there. That first blank stare from those heavily drugged eyes are forever branded in my memory; it took him at least 20 seconds to recognize me. They had him on concerta and risperdal, yes risperdal the same drug that isn't approved by the FDA for anyone under the age of 18! My son David has been on concerta, witch is rildin in a time-release capsule. ridlin isn't approved for children under the age of 6 by the FDA. He used to be so sharp, but now all he does is space off. I cannot even have a conversation without him spacing off. My 7 yr old is already exhibiting the "goofy" appearance i have seen in so many other children who have been drugged. his extremities are becoming thin and his speech is almost blurred. My child's pediatrician strongly advised against medication for these very reasons.
Now comes the time to where I have a choice, I can give up my job and move to Illinois where the job market is slim to none and draw public aid, or let my children continue to be used as medical guinea pigs for 6- 12 months. This probably won't stop it, they'll most likely force me to drug my children or they will remove them from my physical custody.
I just relocated to Illinois this past week, and learned of the latest concern with my so David.
David had been hospitalized for behavior problems, and I was told after my last visit with him, that he had a tantrum and by the means of his small fingers he had pulled three healthy teeth. I have had medical education in college to a certain degree, and find it physically impossible! The doctors performed an EEG, which revealed seizure activity, but keep in mind that this is a known side effect of one of the medications he was on. Now they have him on and adult dosage of celexa and this is not supposed to be given to anyone suffering from or with history of seizures. I suppose the 100 Mg of Tegretol must be to counter react it. Isn’t this something like “ Speed balling”?
My case plan for me to work on right now is parenting skills. I guess they say I pay too much attention to one child than the other, I guess that is dangerous, and a good reason to keep my children removed from me and supervised visitation(just like a pedophile).
What can I do? Aren’t there any laws to help my children? This has got to be unconstitutional! The only difference between the Gestapo and social services is the black boots.
For God's sake it's illegal to do this to animals, why do we condone it upon our children or worse yet other people's children? There should be criminal consequences for these crimes against humanity!

I wish to find a lawyer willing to take legal action against the state of Illinois.
