My stepdaughter was standing up to a bully at school, the bully yelled out a trashy accusation at my stepdaughter, involving me, the school social worker overheard it and made a hotline call against me.
The case was closed.
Then 2 weeks later it was opened again and another social worker hotlined me, again.
My stepdaughter was removed from the home. She was placed in foster care fo 35 days, then returned home to her mother, I was prevented from going home.
On the SAME day that my stepdaughter was sent home, my 8 year old biological daughter was removed from her home because she had contracted head lice for a third time.
She was placed in the legal custody of DFS 3 days before the placement hearing, and 3 days before I receivecd the notice of hearing.
On that same day they placed her into a pre-adoptive home. BEFORE they even considered me for custody of her, they had judged me as unfit.
I say that these 2 counties were involved in a conspiracy to take her for adoption, and to railroad me into the abus system.
There is legal documentation to PROVE that the social worker AND the GAL, lied under oath to the court, in an attempt to change the courts decision, (a class D felony in Missouri.)
There are written reports, for the court, from DFS which have dozens of untrue statements, There is proof that these statements are untrue.
I ahve done EVERYTHING they have told me to do.
Now they have pulled out the dismissed case in Casss coutny, in an attempt to use it against me in court.
