This is a prime example of "Guilty until you PROVE yourself Inocent" AND of a Aggressive stance to keep the courts and paychecks coming without cutting back on staff or Jobs.
The system jumps the gun on some cases and ignores others that really are clearly warnings...
The system is known to break up families...and the social workers are known to lie and twist the facts so as not to have egg on their faces that they were not doing their job or INVESTIGATION properly...MOST of them have little training or education to start with.....
Their purpose is to "Feed" the machinary.
This man needs to seek help from a lawyer who can really have the EX investigated. The EX is most likely jealous of his new wife...and the new baby or toddler of THAT marriage. THIS IS A CLASSIC EXAMPLE of REVENGE! Hell hath no fury like that of a Women scorned........( or replaced!)
He needs strong community and Family support....Letters, Affidavits......personal appearences of each family members TO THE DCFS office.........
