Ex-Husband filed false allegations against me

by

I left my husband three years ago (domestic violence) and recenlty gained sole custody of our two children. His only visitation is every other sunday from 9-6 and that has to be supervised. He can not see them more often than that without taking parenting and anger classes (& more). I got a call from CPS this morning stating that "someone" called in that the living conditions are unexceptable for the children currently with me. I know he did this because he is mad and the case worker said the caller did not know my address (so how do they know of my living conditions???), my ex does not have my current address either. My only concerns is that my two children (boy=6 & girl=9) share a room with bunk beds. My soon to be 18 year old lives with us and her girlfriend recently moved in because he step father was not treating her properly. We have a three bedroom mobil home on 6 acres of land and hope to build a house. Should I be worried about CPS & what kind of recources do I have for him filing false allegations against me out of spite? Even if I can't prove it was him I would like to know what happens to people when they do this type of thing and get caught. Thanks!
