well my name is tina i live in pittsburgh pa my daughter was born a premie and she was in the hospital a month.. when she came home i started to notice breathing problems after a month back and forth to emergency rooms they finally admitted her to childrens hospital in pittsburgh she was there 3 weeks the day before she was ready to go home they gave her a skelatal scan and told me she had 2 fractured femures and a broken finger which they called childrens youth services and they were going to go to my house and investigate they accused me of shaken baby syndrome at bedside then at which i was not aloud to be alone with my daughter and body casted her and splited her finger she layed there for three days in a body cast back in october of 2002 then cyf requested another x ray of her and there was no broken bones they miss read the xray.. she was released i got a lawyer this year 2005 we have been to courrt 2 times the third time a mystrious paper appeared which was never in her file and the judge threw it out.. now my lawyer doesn't want to appeal.. i just got abuse exsponge from my record this year i haven't been able to get a job or anything that requires a back ground check so need less to say they ruined my life for nothing.. childrens hosptial is a joke...
