Know your rights

by

Spend LOTS of time finding out your rights. Read, read and read. It's not that we don't have rights, it's that most of us have been uneducated about what they are and how to use them. It's sickening.

Did you know under the fourth Ammendment of the Constitution, you are protected and legally allowed to say "no, you cannot come into my house?" I didn't either. Without a court ordered search warrant, you do not have to allow any one into your home. And very rarely will a judge grant a warrant based on an anon complaint. I will copy and paste a link here that every parent needs to read.

I personally am at the end of trying to adopt my two neices. They were taken from my sisters custody due to severe conditions...My sister is a heroin addict and there were definite reasons for the removal. However, they have also undermined our family's involvement in these girls lives, and they have taken every right we have away. They have too much power. I am exhausted and disillusioned. These people are criminals.
