On Dec 27,2005 I picked my 10mo old daughter up from the babysitter and she was sleepy which was not unusall she always naps after being at the sitters. about 2 hours later she still hadn't woken so I became concern and took her to the ER. She had a bruise on her forehead which the sitter had earlier told me she fell on a toy. Come to find out she had 2 skull fractures and retinal hemmoraging. DCFS was notified and removed her from me I was not allowed to visit her in the hospital for a week. Now I have to have someone monitor me while i visit my baby. I did not do this and know that this was done by the sitter but DCFS is not looking at her. I have a detective investigating and know the truth will be told but until then my baby is alone in a hospital and has to have brain surgery on 1/12/06 and I can't be with her. I went to court and was told to contact my worker for further in I left her 7 messages since then it has been 5 days and no response from her. I also have 3 other children who live with there father as mutual agreement and they have now been taken from I can't see them without being supervised my children are heartbroken and scared they will be taken from there dad. DCFS says they are protecting my kids but to me they are hurting them by taking their mom from them.
