My daughter who is 4 years old, made a claim of abuse by my brother. I have since been in contact with dhs and she has had a physical where there was no eveidence, She also had a interview that was taped without my presence behind the double mirror glass. They are now refusing to let me see this tape. I do not believe this happened because to day my daughter told me close to the same thig she said at school. However it was with someone that i did not recongize. I think she may have gotten this somewhere off of the tv. Even though i do monitor what she watchs. Cans someone please tell me can I demand the tape through a lawyer has anyone else been through this? Thank you
