I had exprience false child abuse in my life. I'm not an abuser with my children. It started in Dec. 16, 1990 in the City of Alameda, CA. I was a single mom with three children and on government funds help. The problem was, I was the kind one always a giver and letting people in and feeding them and treating people with kindness. I told a drug addicted woman who I saw, she was high in my residence to leave. She Called CPS on me, I think she might of been one of them. On Dec. 16, 1990 a cop came over and I had a dispute with him, it was a verbal dispute and he hit me and my son who was six years old at the time viewed it. My babysitter was at home at the time. The cop never called CPS or any social worker to come to the residence that day. My three children were STOLEN by the Alameda PD. There was only one dirty cop who came over from the begining and created a false report against me. My criminal charges against me were dropped, relating to my children around a year later. I went to the adult juvenile courts for ten years of my life. It was a total disregard of my civil rights. I had gotten sick with an ulser the last time, I had enter the adult juvenile courts, I was in the waiting room and I was so stress out how I was treated in the adult juvenile courts because I was ignored and I felt I was talking to the wall not a bench judge. The judge did not care what I had to say, I had no due process in that adult juvenile courts. A closed courtroom with no jury but a court fited to protect the best interest of themselves. I was falsely accused and I won in the criminal court my charges were dropped. The last year I went to the adult juvenile courts was 2000, I had spitted up blood out of my mouth and an ambulance came and took me to the Alameda hospital. The doctor at the hospital refered me to a therapist. I went to the therapist and she told me to stop going to the adult juvenile court because it would not help me with my ulcer problem, so I did. Today 2007 my children are all grown up. But the nightmare still hunts me what CPS did to me. I took my CPS case to the court of Appeals, I have an audio tape what happen, I had to represent my self because the lawyer who I had did not show up.
