CPS CAPTA is a child stealing funding. Billions of dollars are used to fund CPS and steal our children and place them in foster care. The states do not want to inforce CPS abuse laws because of CAPTA. The agencies for Child Protective Services in every state need federal and state funding for every child that has been stolen by these agencies, they get big money. In my state Pete Stark Congressman in California said he knew the mofia when spoken about CPS abuses, he was helping CAPTA for CPS. It is a money deal, to steal our children and place them in the foster care. No state wants to stop CAPTA's funding. We the people need to stop the stealing of our children and placing them in foster care. When CPS agencies take the parental rights of our children, they can seal the records forever and our children from the US can go over seas and who knows where they go? We do not need the illegal abuse from each state to steal innocent parents children, that has been framed by CPS social workers. Some social workers take there job for granted and think it is a joke to steal our children because they have that power to steal. We need to stop the abusers of the juvenile courts from stealing our children in a state level and take it federal level. If it becomes a federal level no state can over turn it. We the parents must fight this law CAPTA.
