My mother was given custody of my oldest son.she allowed him to reside with me(his mother)and siblings.during the custody case she developes a relationship with my caseworker.of course, she wins.after my son had resided with us for years-she decided to yank him out of our home. (just after telling me she was going to return custody.) about a little over a year later that same caseworker gets my mom a job at dhs.mind you-my mother is an abuser and its all on record. the two conspire against me on my mothers behalf and initiative and mom makes several anonymus calls against us.one instance had my three other children briefly removed from the home-but at the time we were able to obtain private counsel and it was dismissed.but she was persistant and soon got the other kids taken as well.based on nothing!the intake worker blatantly lied in writing at one of the early meetings and the whole case was based on it.my other 3 kids went to live with their paternal grandmother and my mom tried to stop that too.now i've just found out that she has given my son away.i am devestated and paralyzed.someone please help me.my kids.i can prove all of it and more.the story goes on and only gets worse, but this time i documented most everything and then some.oh this also resulted in the death of my child that i was carrying when they abducted my children.the caseworker knew.that child died as a result of stress at the begining of the last trimester.then they tried to jail me for being in the hospital,instead of group.please someone please help us.
