Hello to the people with the three year old which she is probally older now . Tenn. is bad for ths i would fight them to the fullest if i was you if you have the money . I didn't have the money though i was a single mother when they said i was abusing my children right along with my ex. I didn't even know what was happening till I left my ex. then my children told me about what was going on then i reported the abuse to tenn cps and they said it was my fault that the abuse happened and that i knew it was happening when i didn't. They told me to eigther put my children up for adoption or give them to a family member so that's what i did since i didn't have the money to fight the system .Now my children are teenagers and live with me which i am very happy that they are home.I missed out on alot though. shirley
