I am proposing a bill to Congress regarding changes in the adult juvenile courts procedures, in a federal level.

Too many children are in the foster care in the United States, we need changes:

Let’s ask Congress to make changes in the adult juvenile courts procedures, to give fairness to the people in the United States. We are looking at federal changes.

1) In some cases both agreed on by parents and judges in the adult juvenile courts, that the courts should be open to the public.

2) If parents who was not found guilty in the criminal court, parents should gain back custody of their children with documents from the criminal courts.

3) The name of the plan in California is called the Maintance Plan and other states are called different names, there should be an agreement to reunified with children and should explain in more details, you can waive your rights to a trial and the statements in the records become part of the records of the adult juvenile courts.

4) We need the right to a fair trial, with at least six to twelve peers of juries, to help the adult juvenile courts judges make decisions, on the placements of the children.

5) Hearsay statements by the social workers need more factual evidence before writing a case file.

People of the United States we need Congress to make changes in the adult juvenile courts procedures, to protect the rights of the parents in this Country.
