Looking over proposal three in the Great Lakes, something doesn't add up to me.
It shows 6 in the north and 5 in the south for a total of 11 but the "note" indicates it would go from 9 to seven. Is this some type of new math? See that Blenheim would move to south and north would pick up Lambeth and Mount Bridges.

I think that proposal 1 makes the most sense for the great lakes. It would put 12 teams into the league making the divisions equal with 6 teams in each. Proposal 3 still creates uneven divisions, and proposal 2 knocks the league down to 8 teams. This is why I would like to see proposal 3 put into place.

Actually the 12 team would be 3 divisons of 4. They would then seed 1 2 3 like the nhl does

Your right they would end up going to all Ontario, but like always they will end up losing that.

With a quick glance at it, I thought proposal No. 1 was the best structure.
