Talkin to Haf earlier I stated outside of giving up way to many shots on goal this was one of the best all around games I have watched any Ams team play. Haf pointed out it was a lot of shots but not a lot of quality shots. The quality shots that were made against us Owsley was incredible. We had 4 guys out there tonight with first star performances. When is the last time a player scored his first hat trick and have a 4 point night and not get first star?......congrats Jordan!! When is the last time a player has a 4 point night and not even figure in the three stars? Great game Brooks! Holly with his first multi goal game ...way to go! Drew has back to back 0's definitley goalie and player of the week at this point and definitely in the running for monthly honors. Is that 3 shutouts this month? And last but not least lets not overlook Mestery droppin the gloves! It may not have been a great fight but it was Mestery in the middle of it!

I have offered plenty of criticism towards this team over the coarse of this year so it only seems appropriate that I recognize the performance they put on tonight. Normally you would find someone that may have struggled a bit but not tonight. Though not everyone shows up on the stat sheet I didnt notice anyone with an off night.....great "TEAM" win with multiple outstanding individual efforts.

Merry Christmas Ams see ya in a week. If tonight is an example of what we have to look forward to I cant wait.

Lets hope the boy's continue to roll after Christmas. Owsley has been amazing the last two games plane and simple. The offense is coming from everywhere and as for holland this is his second multi point game because he had two goals against Swift Current. He is really starting to show a lot of potential. I think that Justin Fesser is having a great year as well. I really don't see a dark spot on the team right now. I think it would be great to see us bring in either one more solid goal scorer or a big time D man. We should be even better when we get Drozd back and if the team keeps playing the way they are now then we should have a great shot at going deep in the playoffs. GO AMS GO
