Put the players from DMF with a real coach and they'd be the top team in the G.

No discipline.

Moneymans kid whines to refs, gets misconducts, yet is out every second shift.

Top in the G? Maybe four years ago. The players they have were stars back in atom. They don't have anyone near the top of the talent pool yet they are still competitive. The moneyman does not spend wisely with the exception of on the coach.

Its actually a fair list. The Elgin coach is top 5. The Vaughn coaches son makes the staff a fair 10th place, tied with a few others.

No stars, hard working, good defensively, good goaltending, coaching change has made a huge impact

Wings
No stars, physical, mean, hard working, tough team to play against

Canadians
One fantastic goalie, hard working, will win lots of 1 goal games

Flyers
Lots of "stars", little discipline

Rebels
No stars at all, but hard working

Marlies
Take 3 top players off team, they'd be tied with the Nats. Anyone can coach a team like this.

Titans
Take Salerno out of the game, they can't compete.

Of course "our teams are elite!"

Very deep, great coaching staff

Barrie
Minor Midget coach from last year could be the missing link

Quinte
no stars, play a disciplined system

SCC
Big name that players want to play for.

Welland
Play a strong system. Coach has installed a lot of confidence in his players

Kids love playing for these guys

New coach has pretty good results so far

Not as good as he thinks he is

FYI, he is the most talked about man at this age level in the alliance and it is not ever anything nice!! Guess what - the coach may yell at some kids, but others are happy with him. Guess which ones he yells at? Yep, the lazy ones, the undisciplined ones, the unmotivated ones. Those who bring what he wants to the rink don't get yelled at, those coddled little babies still suckling on mommy's teat get yelled at.

there are a lot of good coaches but the best ones are the ones that do the best recruiting.

problem with recruiting is you get accused of tampering, being a sleeze,etc. So some avoid being aggressive.

The best coaches don't need to recruit, all the top players want to play for them.

The best coaches are the ones who are in it for the kids. Not to collect a pay cheque, not to pad their ego, but to develop the kids and make their youth hockey a memorable experience.

All 3 -95 Burlington coaches well respected..... AA team doing exceptionally well, others working well with the boys

Best coaching in the G is Flyers. A route of the Marlies tonight and 2nd straight win is proof of that. Another shocker is Titans getting downed by Markham, again proof that good coaching will win games and Titans have the worst in Ontario AAA. Canadiens are also in a slide they tied Rebels and then lost to them and tie Wings tonight. All that turmoil on the Canadiens is showing up on the ice.
